The trailer had quite a bit of wear and tear. During our trip, we were pulled over as one of the tow lights on the trailer went out.

Joshua SWell, when I arrived to pick up the trailer, I told the attendant that I wasn't sure if I could return before the close of business on Friday. He did not tell me that I could return the trailer using the app, he only advised me to drop the paperwork in the dropbox, and that I may get charged for an extra day. I asked if I could call someone to let them know that it was back in and was told no. I did arrive after business hours, and it was very difficult to get the trailer unhooked and detached from my vehicle. I had to take the stand from a car dolly and use that and my own jack in order to leave the trailer at the business. Using the app, I was able to process the return myself and only be charged for the one day.
