I know for all of them because it's a self check-in self-checkout didn't know what to do on the app I called U-haul center and they told me to go to the app I couldn't get into the app because I had no cell service so they just told us to leave it there in a parking spot and take pictures and that's what I did so this whole experience with U-Haul wasn't that good very disappointed
