How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe u-haul app was not user friendly at all and hard to navigate. The gentleman at the counter in Colchester was very helpful and friendly
Alex FData was a little bit spotty, couldn't perform proper check out procedure. Suggest a wifi that extends to cover lot so customer can do full check out procedure!
Matthew SStaff at Marvin's was very helpful. Great customer service on Tues when I went in to ask questions and Thur when I actually picked up the van.
