The checking in experience was difficult and useless. I had to stand in the cold for 45 minutes while resubmitting phone numbers over and over. Their gps system required that you stand in a certain part of the parking lot before it would even start the process. Once I finally got through the process I was 30 minutes late and my help had left making me 2 hours longer in the move.
