Bertram JReserved a truck at another location and it was not available. After quite a while on the phone, someone from U-haul "traffic management" was able to locate a different truck at this location for us to use. We arrived to get the truck and was told the AC was not working correctly. We needed a truck so we used it anyway. The location did offer us a discount off the rental to compensate for the issues on the truck. Was pretty disappointed there was nothing from U-Haul telling us there were none of the trucks we reserved available. I had a confirmation number and if we are booking "on a wait list" then we should have been told ahead of time as we lined up others to help us. I appreciate the traffic manager finally locating us a truck so that was very helpful.
