I was forced by the attendant to fold and put the Furniture protection pads back in the plastic bags at the return location in Cold Water Mississippi. I had to fold and bag the pads because I was intimidated by the attendant by his statement that he may not accept the truck since I was to return it to the Oxford Mississippi location and not Cold water, even when I explained the circumstances that led to my returning it to his location. I felt mistreated and disrespected as a customer.
