This was by far the best customer service I have ever received. It was such a stressful unexpected travel that led to this move however the service provided and the level of detail and instructions given were so helpful it made my day better. I’m in the customer service industry and I would tell you this is one of the best people I have encountered. The team is lucky to have him!

Michael GThe checking in experience was difficult and useless. I had to stand in the cold for 45 minutes while resubmitting phone numbers over and over. Their gps system required that you stand in a certain part of the parking lot before it would even start the process. Once I finally got through the process I was 30 minutes late and my help had left making me 2 hours longer in the move.
