Chris KThe service person was available and onsite when we arrived. He was friendly and came out to the lot to greet us. When we noted that some of the packing blankets were not with the truck he allowed us to return home to retrieve them as we were nearby before finishing the check in. He took time to talk with us, asking about the trip. He was pleasant, informative and helpful. Almost the exact opposite of the pick-up site.
