Really nice staff at Fiesta Tapatia.
Lorenz GI Made a trailer reservation and I was guaranteed someone would be there to release the equipment. I arrived on time at 10:30 am but the attendant was no where to be found. This is supposed to be a manned store, I knocked on every door to the business for over a half hour to no avail. I made numerous calls to U-Haul headquarters and every time I was asked if I was at the right location, I kept telling them yes I was at the right place. I was told to wait while they called the manager who asked if I had knocked on someone’s apartment door. Really??? This is supposed to be a business. I do t think I will be referring anyone to this particular U-Haul “store” .
CHRISTOPHER MI pulled into the lot right at closing time. The employees didn’t turn me away or make me feel like I needed to leave and come back the next day. Would highly recommend this place too!! Great customer service
