Natasha RMake sure the U-Haul computer system is functioning during business hours. Took an hour for the franchisee to log on and do paperwork. After 3 hours I received a call saying I had not picked up my rental , when in fact I was already 1/2 day into the rental. I should have received a discount for losing an hour of my time.
