Location and staff at Mini Max was excellent. U-Haul was not. Changed truck order at 8 night before. 10 miles out of way and barely covered extra mileage. Not helpful during return when key was locked in vehicle. Not using U-Haul again due to company not location.

rented trucks twice in the last ten days and had issues picking up truck both times. First the app said keys were in the wrong spot. Next time they didnt even have the truck ready for pickup and i had to wait 45 minutes i didnt have to wait for it. Why do they even let you book a truck that wont be ready? They will let you book online and then call you and say you have to pick the truck up from a different location than you selected. They lied about giving me a discount. Just rent a home depot truck
