DAVID HThe uhaul app was not user friendly had lots of glitches. Besides that the pick up and our drop off location and the workers were great.
kathy rFix the dumb mobile app that wouldn't find the location. Had to go call after 30 min of trying just to have to use browser to set up my stuff. Guy at the mini max was super nice and called ahead to let me know where the truck was and it was easy to get to. The truck worked great.
