It keeps asking me for reviews so I keep doing reviews again horrible experience with Ian the manager I would never come back there hopefully my money gets put back in my account that was withdrawn without my acknowledgment I am still sitting here in Colorado springs I was supposed to leave already but I can't because you took my gas money for my truck to drive to Texas so thank you for that seriously thank you for that horrible experience I don't know what kind of person charges you $500 without doing a walk-through with you on your unit and then says it's for cleaning fees

This is a review for Dolly so of initially when I applied to get a dolly I was told that it was $10 for the dolly and however when I went in I think his name was Jake he gave me the jolly for $7 so initially the information that Ian gave me was incorrect because the price was different so I ended up paying $7 for the dolly and Jake was very helpful with that and then also because I was renting a 15-ft truck to discard the things in my storage unit which I was charged $500 for cleaning I tried to return the dolly but unfortunately the gate was closed and I didn't feel comfortable leaving it in a truck so I ended up contacting another representative with U-Haul that helped me and then told me just to go ahead and leave it in a truck that was closer to the building where the camera was instead of all the way down the street where the truck that the manager Ian gave me which was very unprofessional but this is the review for the dolly the dolly was well I rented it twice but my experience with the U-Haul truck and with my storage was awful The only person that was nice to me was Jake and this other guy with curly hair younger guy who helped me with my ramp for the truck when I asked Ian the manager he made sure I knew he was a manager because he said everybody answers to him he was very rude he said he was busy he didn't know if he could come out and help me he would have to see how his day was because he had to do a lot of walk-throughs that day so I stated to him that I would wait until he got off work to help me because I had to move the truck but unfortunately because of my back I couldn't do it by myself so he ended up coming out there and then just kind of like standing there watching me and I was like well can you help me lift it up and he just had a really bad attitude and he was like I'm not I'm not I'm not doing that I'm not cleaning that and then just kept running his mouth and then I told him that I would be back for my unit to clean it out and he was like you're not coming back You're not coming back you are not coming back and then got into the little golf cart drove off with an attitude again this is for the Dolly but because the whole thing was an experience in a hole and I had got the dolly it was just a horrible horrible experience again I've never been to a storage unit where they just charge you money especially $500 without even looking at the unit when you close it out and then just keep running their mouth and not listening and driving off and then when they know that they charged you $500 when you go to rent a truck instead of them telling you hey I charged you $500 already and I'm about to charge you almost $200 more they just let you do it which in my case causes my account to go negative so yeah I'm I'm really upset with Ian the manager very very unprofessional very I'm just there's no words for how I feel what I feel how I was treated and what this transaction caused me as far as me leaving to go to Texas I am now way way behind schedule because he took the money that was for my gas out of my account so I'm hoping by the grace of God it is posted by Monday so that I can leave I was supposed to leave yesterday the day he took the money out of my account and the only reason why I knew he took the money out of my account was because when I went to fill up my Penske truck my account was negative but again I will be reaching out to corporate but you asked for a review this is my review horrible horrible horrible experience I will not recommend anybody to go to there also you guys have mice and rats I was not aware of that when I got the unit it looked like there was water that was coming in I asked about that when Ian rented me the unit he said no water doesn't get in the unit unfortunately water does get into the unit because some of my belongings were damaged and I had to throw them away so again unprofessional lied to then I was charged different amounts of rent saying that it was because of renovations no that was not My unit was horrible looking dust debris water gets into it it was never paved like they said it was going to be paved it was just a horrible experience The only reason why I was in there is because I had to be I would never recommend anybody going there now Jake he's awesome he's amazing very professional very helpful answers all the questions that I need calls me back in a timely manner along with the curly hair guy who helped me out but as far as the manager no I've never seen him walk around I've never seen him do anything but sit up there in the front desk and when I call to get help or ask questions it's like the phone doesn't get picked up in then eventually later when it's close to closing I'll get a phone call back but no I would not recommend anybody and I'm trying to go about seeing if there's something I can do for you guys just running my card without my acknowledgment for a total of almost $700 The $1.47 was on me but the 500 no that was Ian I've never experienced that I want my card pulled off file ASAP I want you guys to delete it out of the system
Shawniece MI had a really bad experience with the manager Ian because it was very unprofessional he charged me $500 without my acknowledgment without even checking my unit then when I got the rental he's like I don't know the truck was probably inside in the back so I was walking around for a good 5 to 7 minutes looking for my U-Haul when it was all the way down the street then when I would ask him questions he was like talking to me like I was a dummy so I asked him I said do you like your job but I'm going to go ahead and write a review because I'm very dissatisfied especially for the simple fact that I'm moving and because he charged my account $500 it delayed me leaving 2 days so I'm hoping by Monday my money will be back in my account so that I can go ahead and leave which cost me additional $216 to rent my Penske truck for two more days because of the charge that he charged me without my acknowledgment so no the experience was very poor I tried to contact corporate unfortunately it was too late in the evening to contact them so I will be reaching out on Monday

MATTHEW VThe gentleman who helped me rent the truck was awful. And I mean awful. Wasn't trying to help with what size truck nor ones with ramps price difference NOTHING!! Can't remember his exact name, eli maybe something with a E. However, if I ever needed to rent another u. Haul, and he was in the office. I would walk out and go to a totally different location or a totally different rental place. Now the gentleman that helped me. When I returned the truck, Jake or Jack, he was amazing, very friendly, extremely polite, did everything with me. Step by step with him i would recommend the world to u, haul with a customer service representative. Like that, gentleman.
