Truck was due at 0930; location was not scheduled to open until 1000. Called/texted location day prior but no reply. Showed at 1000 and location was closed. Small sign in window gave unclear drop off instructions. Business was in very old and run-down strip mall—barely paved with broken down cars, etc. At 1010 employee arrived said “park truck here and leave trailer there”. After parking and moving trailer myself, I asked if he wanted to inspect inside. Was told “I’ll look after you leave, I don’t need you here anymore”.
