This uhaul is trying to rip me off with extra mileage charges for miles I didn't drive. Customer service isn't any help either.

ERNEST BThey gave me a utility Dolly instead of an appliance dolly. After talking to three different people they still charged me and did not change out the dolly and I was not able to use the dolly because it was too small for the stuff I wanted to move.
