Great customer service
Richard MOffice hours said open at 9am. I got there at 908am. Doors were locked. Had to call local number to get assistance. The location did mot even look like a uhaul place. I had to drop off truck and put keys in a drop off box. The place is located in a bad area of the neighborhood. The guy on phone was pleasant, but I like doing business face to face.
