Easy pickup after business hours through the U-Haul app only took about 20 minutes. Truck was clean and ran great with good AC for the duration of my move. Owner was there at drop off and took care of the return in 5 minutes.

Paul GI would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent equipment return experience. The staff at the location where I returned the equipment were not helpful or courteous. In addition, I noticed that my receipt included approximately $350 in extra charges that were not properly explained to me. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this location or the company to others. I would appreciate a review of these charges and an explanation of why they were added.
