The gentleman that helped me both times was awesome! He did a really good job
BEVERLY WFor context, We had a dumping of snow Thursday night. (everyone was well aware of it, it wasn't a surprise) We picked up the truck Saturday morning. Here's my problem, your trucks are left outside, so when we picked up the truck there was still about 8" of snow on the winshield and the winshield wipers were frozen to the windshield. It was so inconvinient and had to defrost for awhile before i could even start driving. Now I know there's nothing we can do about snow but how about workers raise windshield wipers before planned snow to avoid situations like this. Or have snow scrappers placed in trucks before a snow storm hits.
JOSHUA AThe inside of the truck cab was dirty. The gentleman I spoke to did NOT review milage or truck conditions with me. He sent me out with 3/8 tank and charged me for 2 days. Upon return, even though I put $10 in the tank for my 8 mile move, HE CHARGED ME A $30 REFUELING FEE AND $32 FOR 8 GALLONS OF GAS!! I ONLY DROVE IT 8 MILES!! Do not rent from this location. They are irresponsible and he's trying to make ME pay for his mistakes! AND THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!
Kimberly TThe agent was completely rude. Didn't even know how to complete the reservation checkout. Did not know how to connect the trailer. He was very dismissive and belittled me during the connection process.
