I arrived 40 minutes late because I was trying to arrange a ride so I wouldn't have to leave my car there. When I received the keys and opened the back, I found that there was no appliance dolly, no furniture dolly, or moving pads. I went to the office, which was supposed to open at 9 a.m., and waited until 9:10 a.m. to call. When I inquired about the missing items, I spoke with Rich, who assumed that since I had an 8:00 a.m. reservation, I had already taken the truck. I explained that I was running late and had expected those items to be in the truck. He told me he would be there in 15 minutes, but it took almost 20 minutes for him to arrive. When he did, he texted me saying he was "here." I walked back to the office area, which was located in a strip mall. Inside, there was a strong smell of stale cigarettes, and the moving pads were piled up against the table. He pointed to the items and said that was my stuff, stating he had not loaded it. The pads were in poor condition, with some having spray paint on them, and due to the smell, I decided not to use them on my nicer furniture. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, particularly because of the unpleasant odor of the moving pads. I tried to air them out before using them.

Poor parking area for the larger sized Uhaul vehicles, meaning 20' and 26' vehicles. The parking area is made for cars, and I can easily see Uhaul vehicles getting damaged while maneuvering and parking. I will not use this location in the future, and will also tell others to avoid this location.
