The truck was junk , steering was loose , it was all over the road , no power , and I was double billed for moving help. The agent said oh we don't handle those problems and gave me a phone number that didn't work.

Why was I charged $58 and then $118 two different charges
Alo A.I can't remember the gentleman's name that assisted us but he was amazing. There was a hiccup in the beginning but he made sure we had no issues and even checked us in after he had already closed bc he wanted to be extra sure we were charged accurately.
