The gentleman who assisted me was very professional. The system itself was slow, and I think that was universal, because I had to call a number to get cleared to rent my truck and she said her system was slow as well. Not the location's fault. The only complaint I really have is that I had reserved a dolly to go along with my truck and when I came to pick up the truck I was told that he had just run out of dollies. That was frustrating because that added more miles to the truck so that I could find a dolly somewhere else in town. Other than that I was very satisfied with the location.

I love this location and the staff is awesome!
SABRINA CThe business was good, location was good, was a quick rental overall. The huge problem was the truck. That truck had very bad steering. There was a huge amount of play/slop in the steering wheel. Combine the bad steering with very high winds and the driving experience was miserable. Someone needs to put some work in on that steering and tighten it back up.
