The engine was struggling and it slipped out of gear several times. A blanket was also missing. The staff was super friendly, and the equipment was spotless.

Could not improve the service. Prompt service from site, attached trailer to my vehicle, tested safety functions, and met me when equipment was returned. Top notch customer service.
chad sNo one explained that I will be receiving a text message immediately after picking up the keys to upload photos of the vehicle’s overall condition (first time renting). By the time I saw the message the “link expired” and I could not upload photos or document anything regarding the vehicle.

JOCELYN HGreat location and easy dropoff. Large parking lot making return easy. Owner is very enthusiastic, was friendly, and disconnected the trailer and got us on our way. By the time I arrived home, the trailer was checked in and I had an email confirmation and receipt. He has plenty of trucks and trailers so this is an excellent pick up point also.
