I picked up after hours. The app would not take my picture so I got stuck. I tried multiple times shutting off the app and reopening it to no avail. Was on hold for 20-30 minutes and then spoke to a uhaul guy for another 20 or 30 before I could finally pick up my truck. On line guy great. I have rented from U-Haul multiple times and don’t know why I had to go through all these extra steps to try to pick up this particular truck. Then when I finally got my picture into the app, it requested contact information to call somebody to confirm it was me. Your app needs much improvement.

I use this site because it is close, but the store is a gas station smoke show and is dirty. The guy behind the counter is unhelpful and mostly makes me talk to someone on the phone using his cellphone. Again it would be fine it is were not for the people there.
Wayne SNo one there to help except gas station attendant. He called someone to do the check in over the phone . They barely spoke English. Not helpful and was difficult.
