The man was rude to my wife. Im glad I was able to get the trailer unhooked myself because he was no help at all. Just barked to go around the building. We figured they would come help or something and they did nothing. Very rude too!

Young man working was very helpful and courteous everything went smoothly! Just remember to take pictures as your doing the truck return don't take them, then go do the return because you can't upload pictures you have the take pictures as they ask for them.
