The location is convenient but personnel not very professional. However given we just wanted to drop of a trailer, who cares. We got what we needed and that's all that really mattered.
We tried to return the truck and the usual part had closed. So we returned the next night and again we could not have helped it. Our work hours were longer than u hauls hours at this location and our son couldn't return it as he had no ride to pick him up. So as my husband pulls the truck in...the worker was sitting out front on a bench vaping and talking with her friends...while I was pumping gas at this location....stating " I don't know why he is trying to return it....he was told last night the hours ...we are not gonna close it" while I spent money at their gas station I continued to hear her speak wrong of usninfeelnas customers and there was another gentleman getting gas as well. As my husband was checking the truck and getting the blankets...the staff member continued to talk about us to her friends. When my spouse and I both walked towards the front door to talk with the other very helpful lady...i did confront the girl out front. I asked her why she felt it necessary to speak about customers that are helping to pay her paycheck. She tried denying she said anything until I said I heard her while I pumped gas. She said all she said was we couldn't close the account tonight...we understood that...we just needed to get the truck parked at the location. Even if we were charged a late fee. That is just what worked for us. But the young girl continued to he rude as i explained to her that she was being rude by talking about us theynway she was. we wish we would not have filled both uhaul trucks, at that location, which is where we returned them to. They should not represent uhaul if they cannot have a little bit better hours and better personnel.

Could barely understand the man. He didn't speak english well. Won't go back got charged extra because of the language barrier.
This u haul location was awkwardly situated and under staffed. I had to wait for the "right" person to show up to rent a trailer that I needed.
I do not have any recommendations at this time. I filled up, parked the truck, took pictures and dropped keys into key box. No issues.
I was disappointed in the location, the help and the 1-800 UHaul members. They were not helpful and quite frankly, were rude. I will consider alternatives to my rental needs going forward which is a shame because I USED TO BE a loyal customer.
The unit I used had a frame support bolt sheared off and a second one cracked. The unit held up okay but I was constantly afraid that it would completely shear the others off. Also this was not the location I contracted with. I ended up going 38 miles round trip out of my way to pickup and drop off the unit twice. My gasoline
We originally reserved a U-Haul to be picked up at this U-Haul location located about a mile away from us. We were notified two days before pick-up that they would not have the truck available at that location. Apparently, this site, unlike others, does not send anyone to pick up a truck that a customer has reserved over a week ago to assure that the reservation is met. We have to drive about 30 miles away to pick up our truck, which was an inconvenience. With the help of Mike, we were allowed to drop off our truck at this site, which was nice after a long drive and unloading. The return process was great as we were met outside as we drove up. There were several trucks at this location at this time. When I mentioned that we had to drive 30 miles away to pick up our truck, I was told that â€œthis is why we recommend a reservation.â€ When I responded that we had a reservation, I received a shrug. This site is convenient for us and the worker was very friendly, but...
The truck was clean. The engine had some issues My reservation was canceled despite being there on time to pick up the van and calling to confirm the day before. It took a long time to figure that out.

When I returned the truck, there were two people inside the return place. I asked what I needed to do to check the truck back in and was told to put the key in the box outside. I asked about help with the online return of the truck, but received no assistance. No one came out to check the truck for the 6 furniture pads etc. I called the phone number on my paper work to get the truck turned in properly. The individual on the phone was very kind and helpful. Perhaps the individual working for UHaul was not in the store that day because of it being on Saturday. I am a senior citizen and it would have been helpful to have had someone there who could have helped check the truck in.

I was charged double as to what I was told on the phone. So that sucks but other than that everything went smooth
The pick up location was a gas station. This is a poor business model because the rental process is not quick, and the attendant had to constantly shift back and forth between serving the U-Haul customers and the gas stations customers. This specific model guarantees very poor customer service.
Had to pay for fuel & mileage, fuel should be included in mileage.
The small trailer I rented had not been cleaned since the previous users, and the rear door badly needed maintenance. It would not go up or down without binding on the track. It took two people pulling on each side to get the door to open or close. Not pleasant!
I did everything on line including payment to limit my time face to face with the clerk yet, she couldn't see any of it. I then had to let her see my phone to prove it was all done. This was extremely disappointing and unsafe in light of COVID19
Limited parking, but easy to find and quick to drop off.
Quick and Easy Return
It would be nice if someone was there to help hook up the trailer. If youre unable to lift the tounge of the trailer dont bother renting from them.
Customer service was Great upon pick up and return.. very easy .. very convenient.. truck was nice, clean, comfortable and Perfect for my move ..
