Trying to work with Mike the owner on a bad trailer that left our whole moving experience stranded out in North Dakota in a blizzard that we should never got caught in. Very little Help from the crew even though I had taking out the insurance, which is worthless.. Mike, partial owner in Kalispell help me a little bit and then ponded me off on some guy named Steve in marketing that he said was his boss who has been ghosting me for over a week and not taking any of my calls to even talk about it and what happened.. Grrrrr

ROBERT YThe cost to rent this small 4x8 foot trailer from Columbia Falls MT to Pensacola FL was three times the cost of from Pensacola FL to Columbia Falls MT. It was $450+ vs $150 going the opposite way. Will not be renting another trailer from U-Haul again in MT.
