Please make sure the app and the system charges are the same. The app told me I did not owe anything else but I was just trying to be a driver for someone else and they surprised me by telling me I had a past due amount. Please let the systems talk to each other

It would be more convenient if the vehicle was full of gas when picked up. I was told to fill it to where the gage was when I picked it up. It was a little over 1/4 full when I picked it up. It wasn't convenient to keep checking the gage when fueling and I didn't know how much gas I used. I put in 5 gal.--$15.00 which brought it to 1/2 full. Not a big deal but I probably could have only spent $5.00. If the vehicle was full when picked up then it would be easy to just fill it back up. Nice vehicle, nice people. Would use them again.

Tavon HHave the reservations that people make available at the actual spot where they reserve the rental from. I reserved a truck at another spot further up the street on business loop 70 and they had not done the proper procedures to have adequate stock for their reserved trucks.i had to find fast lane and was lucky that they had any trucks available at all.
NOAH GThe pick up location and check in was fine, but I wasn’t happy at all with UHaul not having the truck that I rented a month earlier in the town I chose. No compensation was given for driving my personal car or fuel for the truck an extra 80+ miles.
