Nobody was there when we arrived to pick up the truck. The business was supposed to open at 8am, we waited until after 9am for help. Another Uhaul center was already started making a new key for our truck, but the person with the new key showed up at the same time as the owners of the business. The lady with the new key, and the lady from the business location we were at were were cussing up a storm, dropping the "F bomb" every other word and laughing together like we had nothing to do that day and hadn't been waiting over an hour. Then she couldn't confirm which truck i was supposed to get, looked through some stuff, couldn't find what she needed for confirmation, so just gave me the one she "thought" was right. The whole thing was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
