The woman who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me tips to drive it and showed me everything about the truck. This was the first time driving a UHAUL truck and she put me at ease!
Patricia TEmpty the cab of any trash. There was an open energy drink - (Allani) when I got the truck. I had to throw it away when I stopped for gas as I had time constraints. Everything else was good with picking up the truck. The back of the truck was clean and there were no issues with pickup or drop-off.

HEATHER FPlease make sure the app and the system charges are the same. The app told me I did not owe anything else but I was just trying to be a driver for someone else and they surprised me by telling me I had a past due amount. Please let the systems talk to each other
