Had to slow to 10 mph to let transmission re-engage. - Told Service Guys at check in and they were sending to shop.

What should have been a quick reserved truck rental pick-up turned in to an hour and then when I finally got the truck there was only 1/4 tank of gas in it.

I had a very pleasant experience in renting a truck. The help was very helpful and professional in helping me renting a truck. Also they were very patient with me.

The wait process was too long. 7 to 8 people in line and one person behind the desk.

Act more professional at the point of sale. The truck I rented was filthy! I open a bag of peanuts and set it in the cup holder of the console and drove about 160miles. Parked the truck and went in to the new house for about ten minutes. When I came out to the truck to get my peanuts the bag was full of cockroaches when I shined my flashlight to look at the console it was covered with hundreds of cockroaches! Big ones and small ones! I'm a chef that serves 1700 meals a day to college students. A lot of them use uhaul when in school. I have used uhaul every time I have moved and spent thousands of dollars with them. I will never use them again and I will advise anyone (students) not to use them and here is why. I told the check station about the problem. They agreed it was a problem. They then proceeded to make me get back in the truck to park it after the return check list was complete. I aske the representative why do I have to move it? She replied " I'm not getting in there with bugs!" Shame on you uhaul! I ask what she planed to do about it and she said she was doing nothing! I told her that I hope someone doesn't wreck the truck because of bugs crawling on them. It is clear that nothing will be done about it. By the way I had no personal belongings in the cab of the truck but my wallet. If I don't hear from customer service because of the evaluation I will do my best to educate via social media my thoughts and photos. Bad experience neve happen again!

These folks are about as good as it is going to get. They were exceptional in every way.

Young staff members at the counter very lackadaisical, let several people wait in line while they messed around. Promised one size truck by counter staff but later told that "they shouldn't have done that." Took what was available as we had no choice,

Staff need's to be friendly. Staff did not know about scratches o the truck until I pointed them out.

The Uhaul employees were very pleasant and proficient. I have rented with Uhaul for many years and this was probably the best service I have received. The Columbia crew is excellent.

I ordered 26 size truck, but you gave me 20 size truck, so I had to go back and forth two times for my moving.

The pick up location momentarily renewed my faith in uhaul again. They were pleasant, helpful and quick.

The treatment by the work team was excellent. Very grateful

Drop off very easy.

Kindrick helped me select an appropriate utility trailer for my needs. He hooked up the trailer quickly and I was off to haul my firewood. When I returned, he met me in the parking lot ready to disconnect the trailer and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes.

HORRIBLE!!! Again! They drafted over $400 on my bank, and had I not been watching my account it would have never been fixed. That was $304 MORE than they should have in two separate transactions. The wait time just to get your truck is 30 min every single time. They gave my truck to the person in front of me, and then when you call, you have to wait 3 days JUST TO GET YOU A CALL BACK to discuss the issue. Customer service at it's absolute worst. I will NEVER rent from U-Haul again.

easy and quick, no hassle, big place. Nice.

We were given a trailer that had a bald tire and the tire was marked not for use. We are extremely upset that we paid $50 to use a trailer that was not up to U-Haul standards. I questioned the trailer when we received it to the staff and they said it was fine, even though it looked incredibly old and there were plenty of new trailers on the lot. In fact there were at least 10 other 4X8 trailers sitting next to the one we received. It was like they did not want to do the work to decommission a trailer and repair it, just pass it off to the next costumer. We have gotten trailers there twice a year for several years but we are hesitant now to go back.

This little 5X9 trailer, and the same model I pulled 2 yrs ago, pull harder than my 30' camper. The gas mileage on the truck reflected this.

The young man that checked in the truck was very helpful and made the process simple. Very professional and yet friendly. Lots of "please and thank you's"
