I dropped off the truck in Columbia because it was much cheaper than leaving it in Fulton. However, I was then charged $26 after the fact for "dropping off at wrong location" even though I was asked to do so. When I dropped it off the woman working said she didn't need anything from me, that it was all taken care of. Clearly not. I had to call Jefferson City to get it corrected. I'm still waiting for notice of my refund.

I have emailed a few times regarding the truck I ordered not being available and not receiving notice until I arrived. I referenced your guarantee of notice within 24 hours and have yet to receive a response. Very poor customer service all around. I would appreciate someone responding to one of my emails!

I received great service from both Tammy and Trey (I think that was the manager's name).

I'm a disabled veteran who needed a truck to help my daughter move. I don't have a major credit card, but the owner( Trey Scott ) went out of his way to get me into a rental. He was fantastic about helping me. I also need to acknowledge Joey Damon. He is a close friend who went out of his way to vouch for me. Mad props to everyone involved. Much thanks to both Joey and Trey. Thank you.

Nada! You have extremely helpful service.

I was not given the truck I asked for, even though it was guaranteed as available on the website. I ended up with a bigger truck, for nearly double the money, and I was only allowed to keep it for one hour. Very poor customer service and con-artist maneuvering to get more money!

They did not have the dolley for rent we reserved and had to buy one. The gas was only half full.

I placed an order to rent a 26’ truck at least a week prior to the date and when I arrived they didn’t have one because the “battery was dead.” They offered a 20’ truck which I had no choice but to take and was told I’d receive a discount but was billed the full price. Your guarantee states that this should have been handled otherwise.

It's a nice location. A little difficult to understand how to get in and out.

I dropped the trailer off a day early but because the paperwork was wrong, I had to wait extra time at drop off, her emails & phone calls about late return, talk to a manager & then get charged late fees!! Frustrating!!

Don't book a rental at one location and then just days before pickup switch the pickup to a location 30 miles away.

When I went to pick up my truck, after having reserved it a long time prior, it wasn’t on the lot and I was send to another lot to get the truck. When I received the truck the clerk seemed bothered that he had to assist me. He was on the verge of being rude I thought. The truck only had a ¼ tank of gas which means it needed gas and when returned I had to put more fuel in the truck than it had when I got it. The windshield was so dirty I had to stop and clean it before I could even get the truck home. As a whole I would say the quality and customer service for UHaul has gone to pot.

The sales person made the first contract incorrectly, and took forever to try to fix. I needed up not even renting a trailer and was still charged for it after he said he cancelled it, also said my card was not charged.

The truck that I reserved was not available so I had to rent a smaller truck. I was charged for pads and a utility dolly that i did not want or need which I expressed when i picked up the smaller truck. I was told at that time that he would take those things off when I returned the truck, when i returned the originally staff was with another customer and had another staff assist me. I told him that the pads and dolly were to be taken off my bill and he assured me that they would be. However I received the final email showing what was being charged and it included the pads and dolly included in that again so I was charged for these items. I had an additional 13 miles that I had to pay because I was not able to get the size truck that I RESERVED which required me to make additional trips (13 miles). If a truck is not available then do not allow it to be reserved. When items are said "no" to then do not add them on anyway. When a customer brings this to your attention take care of the issue at that time.
