I did have a BIG problem with this location when I stopped to have my hitch checked. I explained that I had a wiring problem and the fellow just gave me a piece and told me to fix it myself. Well I tried and the problem ended up being more complicated than this, and when I got to the PICK UP location for the trailer, we could never get the lights to work. Likely the problem was not a big deal for a service location, but the pick up location did not have that capacity, and it was a Saturday afternoon. So I had to rent a truck, instead of get a trailer, as I had reserved. This person who FAILED to properly check my car out did poor service to UHaul. I believe he was supposed to assist me and make sure my lighting system was working, which was why my agreement asked me to stop by. This was quite lazy on his part and was totally reflected in his behavior. I stopped there at about 9 am on Thur. Feb. 4th. You can email me if you have any questions, at QuinnJa@missouri.edu.

I went in to this location and rented a 6X12 Pull behind trailer assuming that I would get it until at least 5pm since I came in late morning, but noticed it said return by 3:30 pm. I then called the store back and explained that I was still loading it and would need it longer. The guy then insisted I bring it back by 3 or I would have to pay for another 24 hours, in which I still hadn't come close to using from the first purchase that morning. I then had to return the Uhaul trailer so that I wouldn't obtain this extra charge and still don't have my things moved. I am very dissatisfied with this locations customer service.

The employee was useless and the manager was uncaring and arrogant. I will never use u-haul again and I will advise all of my friends to rent from other businesses.

Have the fuel rates closer to actual fuel costs. Each re ter attempts to put as little fuel in the vehicle as possible to make it appear that it has the same amount as when it was rented. The only fair way to do this is to have the uhaul agent maintIn fuel levels and charge a little more than actual cost yet not making the customer feel like they got screwed.

Fully explain late return policy, how much leeway one has on a log move. Rented an open bed trailer, wanted a 1 way rental which was refused, so we had to drive the trailer back several hours and therefore was 3.5 hours late and charged an extra day. Would never recommend this location as other locations rent open bed 1 way, this one was just closer.

The truck I received was terrible, the driver side door handle was about to fall off, there was no windshield fluid to clean the windows while driving, the engine was making a terrible noise, we had to have someone come jump start the truck because it wouldn't start and then wouldn't start the entire time we had it as it had to be jumped everytime we needed to go somewhere with it. When I took it back I proceeded to tell them them everything and that I shouldn't have to pay for all of that and there was one guy there that was being completely rude about it, which he did take a day off that I'm thankful for, but it was just terrible and I really wouldn't recommend that UHAUL to anyone.

I would be dropping off after hours. I was told at the time of rental that I could drop off at ANY UHaul location. Turns out they entered a specific location for return. This location was 20 minutes (each way) from my home, so a 40 minute round trip was required after a long day on the road. Had they correctly told me that not every location accepts after hours drop offs, I would have selected one in a neighboring city that was much closer to my home.

I did experience an issue with the General Manager, Chris Kindle. He was the one responsible for hooking up the Auto Transport Trailer onto my truck. Apparently he failed to properly connect everything and when I drove the car onto the trailer, the Transport Trailer lifted and pushed into my tailgate casing significant damage. Fortunately this occured in the U-Haul parking lot and not on the roadway or highway. I do have an insurance claim (#00708799-2016) on file with RepWest. Overall, I was disappointed in the professionalism and concern that Chris expressed after the incident occurred. His only response was to call the 800-number and he certainly was not empathetic to the damage to my truck which was caused from his negligence.

The workers looked tired and not as friendly. But it was a busy time. Customers returning vehicles. Only two reps. Not bad, but not as good as the facility on Locust.

U haul we rented was very dirty. Had mud all over it and inside on the seats and dash... Windsheild was dirty and hard to see out of at night time. I took pictures before I left of everything and if not being on time limit would of refused the truck. When returned I was goin be charge cleaning fee if I didnt have the pictures to prove i picked it up that way. Wasnt happy with that at all..Don't rent me a dirty truck and try and charge me to clean it.

The van's cabin was *really* loud--no insulation. There was a LOT of road and wind noise, which made driving quite unpleasant. It ran well and had plenty of power to handle the load; it was just loud. For this reason, I would hesitate to recommend U-haul to others. Also, the receipt I received upon returning the equipment only included a zero balance. No charges or paid amounts were listed. Not a good business practice.

The truck wouldn't accelerate, transmission wouldn't shift, the radio didn't work, there was dust all over the dashboard, and when we opened the glove box to put our paper work in it, there was a dr pepper bottle full of chewing tobacco spit. It was a scary ride moving and riding in the uhaul.

I reserved and paid for an order in advance and it was charged to my credit card. When I arrived at the location the size truck I ordered was not available and I was forced to take a smaller size. Now if I had simply reserved the truck I could understand that. However since I paid for it in advance I expected my order to be complete.
