Nada! You have extremely helpful service.

I was not given the truck I asked for, even though it was guaranteed as available on the website. I ended up with a bigger truck, for nearly double the money, and I was only allowed to keep it for one hour. Very poor customer service and con-artist maneuvering to get more money!

They did not have the dolley for rent we reserved and had to buy one. The gas was only half full.

I placed an order to rent a 26’ truck at least a week prior to the date and when I arrived they didn’t have one because the “battery was dead.” They offered a 20’ truck which I had no choice but to take and was told I’d receive a discount but was billed the full price. Your guarantee states that this should have been handled otherwise.

It's a nice location. A little difficult to understand how to get in and out.

We had very professional service from Chandell Hickman. I have used the uhaul services at this location over the years and will continue to do so.

I dropped the trailer off a day early but because the paperwork was wrong, I had to wait extra time at drop off, her emails & phone calls about late return, talk to a manager & then get charged late fees!! Frustrating!!

Don't book a rental at one location and then just days before pickup switch the pickup to a location 30 miles away.

When I went to pick up my truck, after having reserved it a long time prior, it wasn’t on the lot and I was send to another lot to get the truck. When I received the truck the clerk seemed bothered that he had to assist me. He was on the verge of being rude I thought. The truck only had a ¼ tank of gas which means it needed gas and when returned I had to put more fuel in the truck than it had when I got it. The windshield was so dirty I had to stop and clean it before I could even get the truck home. As a whole I would say the quality and customer service for UHaul has gone to pot.

The sales person made the first contract incorrectly, and took forever to try to fix. I needed up not even renting a trailer and was still charged for it after he said he cancelled it, also said my card was not charged.

The truck that I reserved was not available so I had to rent a smaller truck. I was charged for pads and a utility dolly that i did not want or need which I expressed when i picked up the smaller truck. I was told at that time that he would take those things off when I returned the truck, when i returned the originally staff was with another customer and had another staff assist me. I told him that the pads and dolly were to be taken off my bill and he assured me that they would be. However I received the final email showing what was being charged and it included the pads and dolly included in that again so I was charged for these items. I had an additional 13 miles that I had to pay because I was not able to get the size truck that I RESERVED which required me to make additional trips (13 miles). If a truck is not available then do not allow it to be reserved. When items are said "no" to then do not add them on anyway. When a customer brings this to your attention take care of the issue at that time.

The truck had trash in it and had been smoked in. An employee told me that another employee had taken their break in the truck to smoke. The smell was very strong and there was a hand rolled cigarette butt left in the cab. The smell was strong enough that I had to keep the windows rolled down. It's was 34 degrees, so I really didn't appreciate the employee deciding to turn my truck into a smoke room.

CJ Young helped me with my reservation. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. After I picked up my trailer, I realized I would need it for a few more hours than I had originally planned. I called, and Melissa helped me change my reservation details quickly and efficiently. I had a great experience overall.

I rented 2 trucks 26 ft and 20 ft and 2 car haulers on November 7th. I returned the 2 car haulers on November 9th to the correct location, but we were told to back them up in exact spots and park them. That's not our job! We had to wait on uhaul staff to move things around first. An ice/snow storm hit the Columbia area and we weren't able to get the trucks unloaded on Sunday. I returned the 20 ft truck by the due date and time on the 12th. I about fell on ice by the corner and I told a worker who knew exactly where the ice was, but no one had done anything about it. I talked with Tammy the Manager and told her, I still had the 26th ft truck and said I'd bring it tomorrow about the same time. She told me, she'd give me about day, I was like , wow. Thank you. I returned it the next day at 2:45 and they said they'd check it in later and email me. I was charged $40 for an extra day, $14 for I don't know what and $20 for a car hauler. I emailed and said this wasn't what was told to me and I'm disputing it. No one from Uhaul has contacted me. I'm so disappointed in how you do business at this location. I've spent about $5,000 with Uhaul in the past few months and I'm not paying this additional charges which is bullshit.
