Karen I.Columbia was the fourth location we were told to pick up our equipment at over the course of three days. The first three locations didn't have the equipment available that we were told would be there. The third location was over 50 miles away and did not have the truck on site. Two days were wasted in our move because of U-Haul. I do not intend on using your services again because the information we received from U-Haul regarding our rental was flat-out false the majority of the time. The Columbia agent was the only helpful one.
