I was overcharged, was given a dirty dusty stink UHAUL, that felt like the transmission was slipping the whole ride!! NEVER AGAIN NEVER AGAIN!

Have a flat walkway to get out of the truck parking lot.storage area. It is way too slopped and kind of an obstacle course to get around the the checkout desk in Laundromat.
MARILYNN YHard to locate office, didn’t have the uhaul features like tape, boxes, etc, in laundromat and was not sure if it was a legit place at first.
SELENE CI was over charged. My total was 96.25 and they charged me 121.95
