Robert KThe pickup location had to be changed from my original location. This added about 15 miles to my drive. I received confirmation that it would be available at original location but upon driving past Gordon Landscaping on Saturday 03-16-26 I saw no dolly units. I called and never got a call back from Gordon. I had to call U-Haul to find a location that I could pick one up at. I feel that the ball was dropped by U-Haul Booking, as if had not checked on Saturday, Monday would have been a most unpleasant surprise! The staff at Dam Storage was fantastic!
