The van was dirty inside. There was trash like a cigarette butt, etc. Also, when I went inside to pick up the van, I had expected to do a mobile pick up, but the guys inside had me erase my Uhaul app, while they did my order. So when I went to the van, my links did not work, for me to confirm everything. So I used my time to call customer service, and then she sent the links, and they didn't work. So, I called again, and she explained the guys had me erase it, probably bc they wanted to make sure they got credit for my rental or something. I was not happy, as usually I am, with this rental. I was, however, pleased with the price, as usual. So thank you, Uhaul, for staying affordable.

Terrible communication by employees. Took 1 1/2 hours to make pick up.
Gary MWhen I arrived to pick up the truck at the reserved time there was no U-Haul representative present. The only "help" was a cook inside the gas station. The cook called someone and talked to them about my reservation and was confused about the rental process. The cook kept asking about insurance and if i got insurance because the guys on the phone would not talk to me directly. This process took 15 to 20 minutes to figure out.The cook did help as much as he could, but was NOT a u-haul person. The cook did do as much as he could to help me get the truck and load my car unto the car hauler. The cook kept saying I have a store and kitchen to run and don't really have time to help because the lunch rush was coming. Cooperate need to address this represate of U-Haul. This is not a good look for U-haul. I have used other U-Haul place and they were great but this place is a disaster and should be avoided by customers at all cost. I also will be posting a google review for this location and to avoid it at all cost.

Timothy TI returned the auto-hauler and backed it into an available space. I was using the app to take the required pictures. A staff member came out and revoked the trailer to the car b/c he wanted me to move it to another location. I tried to back it into the new space while cars came and went from the gas station, then he told me he wanted it in a different spot again. I then started backing it into a THIRD spot - all while dodging cars zooming in from the main road. Meanwhile, he was looking at his phone.
