Need to improve your app to make it clear of the amount of time for the rental. Picked up late in day for next day use and was charged for two days.

No one available to hook up the trailer. The first trailer assigned to me was impossible for my brother and I to lift the tongue onto my hitch. I was assigned another trailer that was very difficult to lift, but we were barely able to get the tongue onto my hitch. This transaction was all done by phone, so my brother and I had to complete the entire hook up ourselves. I am 78 yrs old and he is 70. Very poor service.
Ken PI don’t think the drop location necessarily has to be clean and inviting (pick up different story), although I see how that matters to some people. To me it needs to get the job done (ie space available to drop the equipment, safe and sound, and someone aware that I did/knowledgable about the process), which it did.
Alexander BThere are no signs or anything that tell you where to go or who to talk to. You show up to a gas station and there are trucks and trailers behind it. That's it. I just walked around until I went inside this gas station and had to talk on the phone with some guy and the lady and the gas station was very rude
Wilson SWe did not get the truck that we ordered and had to make two trips and were charged extra for your mistake!! That is not very professional at all!!
