How U-Haul Reviews WorkA previous customer dropped an sticky liquid in the cabin. It wasn't cleaned and there was a rather large piece of glass under the seat.
Clorise HDO YOUR JOB! I was scheduled for 5:00 am. Upon arrival, the store was closed and the mobile pick up had not been submitted (per the CS Rep). The next available truck was 20 miles away. I had 2 options, drive 20 miles one way for a replacement truck or wait until the store opened at 7:00. The CSR also stated I’d be compensated for the error. I returned at 7:00 only to encounter someone at the register whom lacked customer service skills and refused to accept ownership for the role he played in this situation. And when I asked about compensation he says he’s just a 3rd party vendor and that I need to take that up with UHaul. A very frustrating way to start off moving day….
