The truck was clean, but it was parked in a muddy area. So, I had mud all over my shoes when I entered the truck. Also, the truck's "check engine" light was on. There is no excuse in that. The truck should be removed from service and repaired. Finally, I had included a furniture dolly in my rental details, but one was not available. Luckily, there was at least a hand truck available. The lady working the counter was gruff and acted like I was bothering her. I will never use this location again.
