I want to start by saying that Debi was absolutely PHENOMENAL in helping me secure a U-Haul last minute and relieve all of my anxieties. She blew me away. I had a really hard time securing a truck for my move to Charleston and she made it happen without a blink of an eye. She is the personification of customer service. I don't say something like this lightly, and have been in customer service my entire adult life. Not only that, she is very personable and compassionate torwards customer's needs. I would recommend renting from this location and this location only for your U-Haul needs and storage in the Columbia/Irmo area. Thank you, Debit! You are an angel!
