One of the tires was low and had to be filled before I could leave. I had to air the tire several times during my trip.
RICHARD BI was told that it was going to cost me one thing, only to see it more than what was told to me charge to my credit card. This is the second time this has happen to me. The first time the Elmwood store did the same thing.
DORIS JThe location was easy to access and plenty of parking to return the truck. We returned the truck during lunch time though and no one was available to receive the truck. My wife googled the company and called the phone number and we were instructed to get drop the keys since they were out to lunch. It would be beneficial for there to be a sign or instructions posted somewhere for people.
