Please keep the pickup location for both the U-Haul truck and trailer at the same location, rather than having one pickup 10 minutes away and the other 30–45 minutes away. This reservation was made a month in advance, so having everything at one location would make the process much smoother for the customer.

Floyd PThe people and the customer service was amazing however the location is inside of a laundromat and that can be a little bit awkward for new people who don't know about the business being located in another business. The trucks are handled correctly and you can go get your truck without a problem however the window is very small for people to deal with their business transactions. But otherwise I had a great experience. Thank you
