The van had leaves and some paper in the back and a large QT cup in the front. It could also use a good washing as the exterior was dirty.

The location is very unfriendly, the staff is rude and irritated when asked for the assistance. The only advantage is long working hours.

Christina CThe cab of the truck was very dirty. There was a lot of trash left from previous users. The location I was directed to go to is not where I booked and there seemed to be a lot of confusion about my rental.
CHRISTOPHER LOnly complaint was being lectured by the store clerk on returning the truck that I was an hour late. The rental was for three hours and I picked up at 4:30pm. I understand I had estimated returning the truck within three hours ~7:30pm. I arrived back to the rental location at ~8:15pm. I refueled the truck, then parked it back on the lot, ensured it was clean, and walked the keys into the store to give to the cashier. I was never thanked one time for my business, greeted on pickup or return, or shown respect while I waited patiently for the store to assist other customers. I did however get a lecture about returning the truck at 9:00pm which was not correct. The clerk seemed ready to argue about it and threatened to impose additional charges for lost revenue. I was not going to argue as it all seemed petty and unprofessional on the clerk’s part. There were several trucks on the lot available and trucks that had been returned waiting to be checked in. The U-haul service is only a supplemental revenue stream for what is primarily a convenience store. What had been a positive experience was made negative.
