The truck was full of cat hair and smelled like an animal. Dry cat food all over the floor bed

Richard SUnhelpful and rude staff. The process for getting the trailer was a pain. I was lucky that another customer was outside to help me lift the trailer onto my hitch, I don’t think I could have done it myself. No advance information about electric hook up needs.
Patricia JOwners are great and very friendly. Unfortunately the 2-3 times we have picked up from them, it’s been extremely confusing and frustrating trying to figure out where to go. It’s also very hard to navigate the tiny parking lot as you pull through their gas station. Also, it’s incredibly annoying to need a certain piece of equipment, be told it’s available at the store so you can pick it up when you get there, then to get there and they don’t have it. Overall if this location is your only option, it’s fine. But I would not ever go out of my way to use this one again.
