Trailer didnt look the best but worked fine, also had no tongue jack so it was difficult to hook and unhook. Also unit had glass broken in it and the previous customer did not clean it up good enough and now I have glass in my driveway and hopefully didnt damage the pool I picked up

Terrible will never rent from this place again, guy comes out in sleeping clothing, flip flops and then rounds up my mileage above what it was. Argues with me and refuses to give me a printed receipt.

WILLIAM BThis U-Haul location has been a key supporter in our church's monthly food giveaway, here in Columbia, TN. The partnership we've had with the U-Haul agency has provided the source of transportation of our food pickup at the drop-off location, and hauling to the church, for distribution. We've always depended on this location, due to their hours of operation on Sunday, allowing us to have a truck very early on Monday morning, when we needed to load the incoming food. Our operation certainly wouldn't be possible, without the U-Haul agency's help from Nashville Highway 31. I'd heartily recommend this location to anyone.
Jeffrey TThe drop off was at a run down motel. Then the owner wanted me to back in the trailer and truck. I’ve never had to do this! The location was extremely difficult to get in and out of due to traffic. Uhaul is not the same now. Just anyone can have a location and service is gone.
