The staff at this U-Haul agency are great!! They really care about the customer, and work hard, in order to provide what's needed. Of all the U-Haul agencies in Columbia, TN, this one is my favorite and the one I prefer to work with anytime. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone else!!!

The staff is very accommodating. There are issues that are beyond their control. Price for mileage really steep $1.19 per mile. Now for the maintenance, I rented JH3514D on the 15th of November, this vehicle needs to be inspected and test driven by a mechanic. Bring a replacement vehicle, because it's going to need some shop time.
MICHAEL BTrailer made a lot of noise. It was clean but not in the best shape, customer service is 1/2 star
CHRISTIAN QThe tires were low in pressure and the front straps were worn and hard to secure and I couldn’t ratchet one side down. The rear securing chain did not have a hook to connect to the vehicle. I shouldn’t have to work on a trailer that I’m paying to use.
