Major issue- so I have the U-Haul app and when it came to dropping off the truck and trailer the only location that the app showed was Ace Hardware. I went to this location unhooked and set it up to what I believed was the correct way for the next customer. I then went inside of the ACE to return keys and let them know that I had disconnected the truck and trailer. Whe. I mentioned this to the female employee she immediately became defensive and said we don’t accept trailers at this location 3 different times. The male also behind the counter stated the same. And instead of immediately saying let us try to fix this. They both looked at me like I had the solution until I said that the app is showing this as the drop off location. They then started to look at how to fix this. They did but I had to reconnect and drive another 10 miles down the road. Where a different employee at this location (Columbia Inn) helped me and we finally got the truck turned in.

William NLocated inside of a nasty old hotel. Not the best ran joint I’ve ever seen. It did get the job done, but man do you pay attention to your surroundings when you were there. Very ghetto.
