It's always a pleasure, doing business with this U-Haul agency. The equipment is well maintained, the service is awesome, and the results are constantly dependable & of great support to our church's ministry to the community. I look at this relationship with U-Haul as more of a partnership, than a business transaction. Our church has relied on this U-Haul location for almost six years (12/2020), in delivering food to folks in our local city. I would certainly recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you U-Haul!!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAs usual with the U-Haul car haulers, the ratcheting mechanisms for the front wheel straps were dry and balky. I always have to spray them with WD-40 to get them to release and work properly. When I returned the trailer, the attendant was out of the office with a sign "back in 15 minutes." Don't know exactly when the final bill was filed, but would have been after the delay due to out of the office and possibly after I had talked to him and parked the trailer. Apparently, though I had the trailer only Weds, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun and returned on Mon the 27 minute delay apparently moved me into a seventh day. I did not appreciate that.
Stephen PLocation was a crappy run down motel. The person working there was rude and unprofessional. The setup at this awful location is such a bad representation of UHaul overall. I also noticed he was dishonest with reporting the gas guage reading.

Linda AI returned the truck with about 88 miles in the tank and the individual said I didn't need to add a couple of gallons of gas and that I would be fine. Later that evening I received a call from the manager at the drop off location telling me that I was being billed $79.96 for not adding the couple of gallons of gas. He also, asked me to pick up the folder I left in the truck. I explained that the folder was in the truck at my pick up location. In the future I will request renting from a U-Haul Dealer whose only business is U-Haul Rentals.
