During the initial phase, just after the reservation was placed, a change took place. I contacted the agent at this location for any assistance he might be able to provide. He helped me greatly and made sure that our church's food giveaway (on the morning of the return date) proceeded without any problems. I am very grateful for this gentleman's help & sincerely appreciate his customer support skills and caring. Our food giveaway was helped by his efforts. Jeffrey TMy trailer had two bald tires which resulted in two blowouts in a remote location in Wyoming. This led to a domino effect of delays, expenses and stress. The trailer was not street worthy and certainly not in a condition to travel 2600 miles. This was totally avoidable had it been properly serviced.
