Everyone was knowledgeable and I appreciated the flexibility when I had to return for a bigger trailer.
Louis FThe person who took the key from me came outside while i was doing the mobile return. He was on the phone and the only words he spoke to me were “give me the key.” The location is a very ran down motel. In terms of a Uhaul drop point, its fine (i guess), but certainly not a place i would recommend.
Joshua CWaited 30 monster for someone to check us in. Online check in was worse and rude. No blankets as ordered. Rude owner. Rude staff. Will never use this location again.
RAMON GRental agent is always nice, but all 4 trailer tires were low with one only having 10 pounds. I had to stop and take time to air them up. One was still leaking.
