Reserved moving blankets to help with the move and the location didn’t have any available even though requested in advance. Very disappointing.

Improve signage for returns.
David LThe rental location is a motel; we had a difficult time communicating with the person at the motel. The initial location to drop off the trailer in Rapid City was another small car repair shop, no one was there. We call the phone number no one answer. we end up going to a different location to drop off the trailer. Please let the customer know if the drop off or pick up place is going to be a regular U Haul store or some hole in the wall business.

russell cMy return was less excellent. The store owner was vey upset that I didn't want to position the trailer for his convenience. He berated me the entire time I was unhooking the trailer he was yelling at me. I am sure he could have re-arrange the trailers. I did not have the time.
