The truck's check engine light was on, I needed the truck so I took it. If it was diagnosed and deemed good to go, a note in the app indicating that would have been comforting. A/C also went in and out, wasn't an issue since it was a nice weekend but it would have been rough had it been hot.

Keep it as a location with customer service and not a drop boxpick up location. WAS VERY CUMBERSOME!!!
ALLEN D1. If equipment was not ready I should have been informed the day before so I could have cancelled my movers. 2. If the key was not meant to be taken there should have been a lock on the Dropbox. 3. When the customer does pick up the phone answering employee should have been able to record the pick up and document the checking over the phone - taking down DL info, Milage, etc. do that the drop off could also be done remotely.
