The ac didn’t work in the truck and we almost burt up driving from Pelham to Columbus in the rain.They didn’t even have another truck for me to switch out.

Nobody around to talk to. Very little signage telling you what to do or where to go
Millard WIt is very confusing having two UHaul distributors on the same street. There is no one to speak to if you have problems. The key was stuck in the keybox. It would not open so I could retrieve it. I finally used a hammer to get it open. Frustrating

Benjamin KI will never rent or return at this location ever again. They lied and said there was no gas in the truck,thankfully i kept reciepts pictures and videos of everything i did. Also they tried to charge me for an extra day, even though i returned the truck early. Horrible experience.
