I have rented many Uhaul trucks from many different locations but never have I ever received a more friendly, knowledgeable, and amazing customer service experience like that of the AAA Storage facility! ROBERT LStaff when I arrived showed no interest in helping when I communicated issues of finalizing pickup. If you are unfamiliar with U-Haul processes then you will have a negative experience due to lack of help. Wish this wasn’t the case because it’s a convenient service. Additionally, you will not receive credit for putting the fuel above what you got it at. I’m sure there’s a debit for bringing it below. Seems a bit off.
