On 1st arrivial date all went well . I visited the room, opened the door to find debri in the unit. I did'nt think much of it as it was a storage unit that people had moved and out of. So I proceeded to move my mothers belongings in. When done and on On move out. I chose to so do so by email and phone. Was told that I didn't need to come back and could handle by phone. After this conversation, there was an additional phone call in which he said there was trash in the unit and that there was a 20.00 fee. He was right, there was ONE small pc of packing paper left by a family member and the debri from the previous tennant. My wife and I returned to ck the unit and removed the debri and the One pc of packing paper. The office appeared to be clean and organized but the unit on arrivial was not yet we were to be charged for One pc of paper and debri left by the previous tennant. We won't be back to this facility!
