Nothing, I have rented from this location before and the same gentleman was working there last time. He was as nice and professional as you could ask for and I would have no problem doing business with him again.
WILLIAM OI rented a hand truck but they and other locations didn't have one either. Very disappointed

U-Haul should invest in a lot more of the toy trailers, so all customers can have a conducive trailer or apparatus that will be able to accommodate any and all aspirations and movements of property or vehicles! The whole experience in its entirety has been exemplary in all parties involved should be commended. Even the installation of our hitch of 5,000 lb being placed on our Kia telluride was installed at a higher Accord of customer service, care of installation and attention to detail with completion! I can't tell you how pleased we are in every venue with U-Haul and all of the appropriate parties. Thank you to all involved in our moving process much appreciation and gratitude!
