I had one reserved at another location. When I went to pick it up, someone had gotten it over the weekend. I was in a panic. When someone has one reserved, it shouldn’t be overridden.

Doug LThe lady that usually run the Uhaul side of this location wasn't available when we dropped it off, the gentleman who helped me wasn't really sure what he was doing and it took a moment to get through it. The location is a mechanic shop so it isn't exactly set up to be a rental center.
BRYCE CI dropped off after hours. However easy to find location! And the had cameras which made me feel safe dropping off.
