No washer fluid made driving in wet winter conditions dangerous. Key did not work in driver's side door. Was charged for 2 gallons of fuel even though I returned it with more fuel than when I checked out. Refund the $8.08 + tax that was charged for fuel. I took before and after pictures to support my claim. Please don't make me waste my time following up -- just post the credit to my card.

New ownership! You can really tell a difference. This was the easiest pickup and drop off that we have experienced. Very friendly staff member.
GABRIEL LFor a drop off, it was closed. And it was in the middle of a retail commercial park. There was no parking. There was no instructions on where to park the car. It was really strange, it just didn't have the typical appeal of a normal. You haul location, I had to call in and confirm that that was the location.I took all the pictures and left the vehicle there with the keys in it.But there was no instructions on what to do.It was very frustrating
