The drop off location was in a very questionable area. Also, the drop off location was nondescript and difficult to find. There weren't any other Uhaul vehicles at the drop off and was concerned I dropped it off at the wrong location.

I was very unsure and confused at this location. It felt a little sketchy and I was really concerned that I didn’t return the truck correctly- especially after receiving a voicemail that said “when do you plan on returning the truck?”
Corwin SRequested a uhaul a few minutes from my place of living. Was contacted by uhaul saying they could not accommodate that and sent me clear across town to a different place. I was already limited on miles then they changed the location and only added a few miles extra. I went over the miles (truck was not very fuel efficient, took over half of allotted miles to drive 50+ miles) and then was charged for going over the miles given. I do not believe I should’ve been charged. When returning the uhaul it asked me if I agreed with the charges, I said no and then it said someone would be in contact with me the next day. No one ever texted, called, emailed anything and then today I get a receipt of them charging me extra.
