The gentlemen behind the counter was rude. 1) He was on the phone. 2) When I asked if I was at the right place to drop off the truck, he says, "Yes. just leave the key" and goes back to his conversation. I asked if he was going to check the truck or confirm the mileage and gas. And he says, "No, I'll take a picture and they will send you an email". And went back to his conversation. To avoid a verbal altercation, I walked away and purchased something for my son and another gentlemen that was with me. But I should have waited because on my way home, I get a charge for over mileage, which may be accurate AND a $26 gas fee. This upset me because the drop off is IN A GAS STATION. I filled the truck to the proper level BEFORE I went inside. But I was too far to go back and dispute it. Maybe you should have the workers look over the vehicle while the customer is there to avoid incidents like this. Pick up location was no problem

I was disappointed. I used the vehicle to go a total of 7.5 miles round trip and was charged 67.00 for an advertising of 19.99 plus 1.99 per mile. This math isn't mathematical accurate. Disappointed
Beatrice GI would like to be offered to have the ohotos and checking out from the lot done by staff. I do not like having yo do self-service and learn what is required but would prefer uhaul to do it. Also clarity of how to handle tolls - ex Ez pass or other option would be helpful to be shared proactively.
Genevieve PI was overcharged for insurance without being explained of the pricing change. Also, I was charged for additional mileage, which was not explained. I will never use this service again, nor would I recommend this service.
BRITTANY MThis is the worse experience I have he’d with u-haul , the truck was in extremely poor condition and I will be calling the corporate office today. Calling credit card company and disputing charges. Totally poor equipment and and maintenance, shameful on u-haul to rent a vehicle like this.
